환불 정책


We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please do not throw away your original waybills (shipping label) and boxes as they may be needed upon return. The shipping label serves as proof of purchase, ensuring we receive authentic products. 

To start a return, you can contact us at the ( info@helloseoul.co.uk ). Unfortunately we do not offer a free returns service. The customer will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items. These shipping costs are non-refundable. 

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If we haven't received your item we cannot process any refund.

Damages and issues


Please inspect your order on receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong items so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

For Damaged, wrong, or missing shipments, we need a proof photo of the attached shipping label, a photo of the entire box with the shipping label attached, AND photo/s & video of the entire product in question. Please do not throw away your original shipping labels and boxes as they may be needed upon return.

Please inform us as soon as possible. We will make it right as soon as possible.

If the shipping box and packaging of an item are damaged, we won't treat it as damaged if there's nothing wrong with the item itself.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

 

For hygiene reasons, we can not accept the return of used cosmetics, makeup or beauty accessories. 

Items must be unopened, unused, in the original packaging and in a resealable condition. Unfortunately, we will not issue a refund for opened containers, jars, tubes or bottles. Please note that this includes hygiene seals both inside and on the external packaging.

We will process your refund only when the order is returned to us in a re-sellable condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show used or other damage inflicted by the customer.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.


Exchanges


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If you wish to receive a refund any package sent back to us by our delivery partners; Hello Seoul reserve the right to refund the price of the goods ONLY, the initial cost of shipping will not be refunded.

Customs Issue

Please bear in mind that we do not have any responsibility for customs related issues.
Customers are fully responsible for any customs issues, such as customs taxes, import taxes, and so on.
Customers may be charged to pay customs fee, service fee, whatsoever related with customs.

All returning and additional shipping costs should be paid by the customer.

The first shipping cost is not refundable.

After a customer’s order is shipped, some minor deformation or damage of the contents might be caused by the impact of Customs procedures and Delivery process such as Small scratches or package deformation, etc. In this case, the refund or exchange is not available as long as the contents are not usable.

It is the responsibility of the customer to keep track of the shipping using the email link provided when purchasing. 

If you wish to receive a refund for any package sent back to us by our delivery partners; Hello Seoul reserves the right to refund the price of the goods ONLY, the initial cost of shipping will not be refunded and round trip charge.

If you wish to have the package sent out again, Hello Seoul reserves the right to charge additionally for the second shipping.

Sale items & Promos

The Refunds will be processed at the discounted price paid, not the original full price.

The Free gifts/free samples or promotional items must be returned unused and unopened if a qualifying order is refunded.

* Customer return: If the return reduces the total below the qualifying threshold, the promo benefits need to be recalculated. Free Sheetmasks (depends on the sheet masks value), Free sample (10ml to 50ml) Prices varies £3 to £10

Free Gifts with Purchase
- Free gifts are conditional on the final order value after any returns or cancellations.
- If returned items reduce the order value below the promotion threshold, the free gift(s) must also be returned unopened and unused.
- If the free gift(s) are not returned, their retail value will be deducted from the refund.




<Information on Refunds for Refusal to Accept the Goods from the Recipient>

There are many cases in which the recipient refuses to accept the goods after sending them because they do not agree to pay customs duties during the local customs process.

From now on, we are informing you that in case of refusal to accept the goods due to a simple change of mind after the arrival of goods, including refusing to pay your local tax/duties, no refund will be given for the amount of goods paid.

When ordering goods, please be careful not to exceed your local customs duty/tax range.
