TIA’M Vita B3 Mist Toner is a refreshing mist toner that helps restore the uneven, dull skin tone and reveal a brighter complexion. Enriched with 3% niacinamide and a Brightening Synergy Complex with tranexamic acid and vitamin C, to help fade dark spot and reduce the appearance of hyperpigmentation.

HOW TO USE:

Hold the bottle about 8 inches (20cm) away from your face with closed eyes and gently spray across your entire face.
Spray directly onto cotton pads and gently wipe across the entire face.
