How to use
1 Open the pouch and take out the patch from the tray.
2 Remove the transparent protective film from the patch, apply it to the desired area, and gently press it in a vertical direction 2 to 4 times without rubbing.
3 Use the patch for at least 2 hours before removing it. For best results, apply it before bed and remove it the next morning.
