During shower, apply a small amount of the Red Body Wash to a loofah or your hands.

After patting your body dry, take a sufficient amount of the Red Clear Capsule Body Lotion.
Apply the lotion evenly to your chest, back, and any areas with chicken skin or concerns of acne.
Massage the lotion into your skin until it is fully absorbed.

Advanced Routine. Red Body Wash, Red Body Scrub & Capsule Body Lotion
Use the Red Body Wash during your shower, focusing on acne-prone areas and rinse thoroughly.
Apply Body Scrub on damp skin after using the Red Body Wash.
Gently massage all over your body and rinse off with lukewarm water.
After showering or using the scrub, apply the lotion to areas with chicken skin, chest, and back acne. Massage until absorbed.
